2. Our free shipping policy is only supported by China post air mail ,and the weight should be within 2 KG. Please pay attention: The speed of China Post Air Mail is slower than other logistics, usually around 1-2 month. Thus, you have to wait for a longer time if you choose to apply free shipping.

3. If you want to send by DHL and UPS or the other logistics , you should contact us and pay for the shipping cost.

4. When we send the goods , we will take responsibilty on the problems in China Customs.   Meanwhile, the buyer should take his/her own responsibity on the problem in buyer ones.

5. You can trace the goods online in 1-2 working days after sending the goods.

6. Please check your goods on the shipping to courier`s face while you receive.

7. If you find your goods is lost or damaged on the way, please let the shipping company afford the prove to you.   After that, we will help you to get your compensatation from the shipping company.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping time: This refers to the time takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. This item is shipped directly from our suppliers and will take around 3-14 days to reach customers within the United States, 7-15 days to Europe & 20-25 days to the rest of world.

RETURNS POLICY

Please allow between 3-14 days for your order to arrive within United States, 7-15 days to Europe & 20-25 days to the rest of world. If more than 14 days have been passed for the order shipped to United States, 15 days have been passed for the order shipped to Europe & 25 days have been passed for the order shipped to the rest of world, please contact us to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Returns: Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. The customer is also responsible for covering any shipping charges to return items.
